After 32 years, our front screen door needed replacement. When we had renos completed 3 years ago, we had screens replaced with Prowler Proof products, therefore we looked for another product from them. We decided to look local and found a local family-based company who installed them – ‘Absolute Security & Blinds’. The process was easy, and the price was on par with other suppliers (we checked). We totally recommend the services of Absolute Security & Blinds and the product which was installed – Prowler Proof. The door has a screen that makes it look as if the door is open even though it isn’t – we still get caught with that!! We used to have the security grills, and it is lovely not to have them. The house feels more ‘open’. This is an excellent product that really sells itself.

We recently noticed that our Prowler Proof Security Doors, (which still operated perfectly) were deteriorating with a type of white corrosion, and on the black doors was very noticeable.
We called the installer, not very hopeful of a good outcome, because the doors were 5 years old, and we live near the beach.
We had the doors serviced and cleaned, but the deterioration was still evident.
I decided to contact Prowler Proof to discuss our issue, and within 24 hours, not only had a response … but spoke to Nanette, who advised us, that they would make us a brand new set of doors, and have them installed within a few weeks.
I was blown away with the speed of their response, and the positive reaction from their customer service team.
This company deserves a rating of 5 stars for not only a great product, but a perfect example of great customer, and after sales service. Thank you Prowler Proof and Nanette.

Everyone is so easy to deal with. We are doing our house over time and nothing is a problem. Very quick turnaround from ordering to fitting. Prices are very competitive. Would highly recommend.
