We were most impressed with the service we received from Prowlerproof and their local agent, Geelong Security Doors.
We had a minor issue with a Prowlerproof scurity door in a home we purchased that was several years old and Prowlerproof arranged for their agent to rectify the problem at no cost. The communications and the follow-up were prompt and efficient which we found very refreshing in this day and age. A business I am happy to recommend.

Outstanding customer service and genuine accountability.
I recently went through a warranty claim for existing Prowler Proof security doors. From the moment the job number was located, Nanette handled the matter professionally and proactively. She clarified warranty coverage, coordinated with the dealer, and ensured replacement doors were manufactured and installed properly.
What stood out was her persistence and ownership of the process — particularly when there was confusion at the dealer level. She stepped in, clarified the correct pathway, and saw the matter through to completion.
The new doors have now been installed and I’m extremely happy with the result.
It’s refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind its product and supports its customers properly. Highly recommended.
