We cover our screens, not the homeowner:
Our 10 year full replacement warranty is on the screen, not the homeowner. If the screen is in its original application, and you can provide us with the screen’s serial number, found on the product sticker on the screen or the warranty card, and the screen has been maintained correctly, then we’ll honour the warranty, no matter who the new homeowner is.

As long as you can give us the product serial number, we can manufacture exactly the same screen, supply it to your dealer, and they’ll do the switch over all at once, so you’re never left unprotected.
