All Prowler Proof product is custom made to size and colour. We don’t hold stock of finished product, so we manufacture once your order is sent through by your dealer.
How do we ensure you get your security screens in the shortest leadtime possible?
Prowler Proof has achieved the rating ‘World Class’ on the PROBE Manufacturing global benchmark. We consistently monitor our DIFOT (Delivery in full and on time) to our dealers, and our delivery timeframe to our dealers is usually 5 days or less* (ex factory). This means your dealer, once they order the product, will usually receive it in 5 working days or less (excluding freight for interstate customers), and then your dealer will contact you to schedule an installation date that works for both of you.
*Oversize products have a 10 day lead time, but your dealer will discuss this with you, if you have a product that is oversized.
